Education/Skills
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide home-based patient care, including wound management, IV therapy, vital sign monitoring, and chronic disease support.
- Conduct telehealth consultations and follow-ups with patients through our digital platform.
- Deliver maternal and post-natal care, including prenatal monitoring and newborn support.
- Offer compassionate elderly and palliative care, supporting mobility, companionship,
and end-of-life needs. - Support rehabilitation and physiotherapy programs, collaborating with specialists where required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Act as a trusted resource for patients and families, providing education on health, medication, and wellness.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ghana.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years clinical experience (hospital, clinic, or home care preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-first mindset.
